Senior Digital Strategist (Pharma), Central London – Up to £80k dependent on experience

Fancy yourself to be a strong, insightful Senior Digital Strategist with bundles of pharmaceutical experience? This agency are doing some incredible work, and are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist who can come in and work with a variety of clients. As an agency, they focus on healthcare clients, which is something that this Senior Digital Strategist will need to be interested in.

This Senior Digital Strategist will own the digital strategy function and shape the Senior Digital Strategist role to provide the best service to clients. This Senior Digital Strategist will plan how to grow the digital department commercially and from people perspective.

This Senior Digital Strategist will define internal social media policies and oversee the digital ecosystem to establish standard ways of working in the digital space. You’ll work with UX designers, developers and other digital experts.

This Senior Digital Strategist will provide strategic counsel – leading the digital strategy for clients. You’ll define and set programme evaluation metrics in collaboration with the account team. You’ll advise on insight approaches, including competitor intelligence, influencer mapping and persona development. You’ll also be an expert in SEO and SEM approaches.

You’ll be a Senior Digital Strategist with:

• Extensive experience as a Digital Strategist with solid knowledge of social media and digital touch points
• Experience working within the healthcare communications and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience of multichannel planning, search, media, and social media
• Understanding of SEO and SEM, and ‘Brandwatch’
• Knowledge of compliance within the healthcare industry and ABPI code of practice
• Direct client facing experience in an agency environment
• An entrepreneurial mindset, clear communicator, and strong ability to present to clients and senior stakeholders
• Results orientated, with a can-do attitude and natural problem solver
• Line management experience is desirable
