The Technical Account Director (programmatic) and the Programmatic Lead would work closely together to produce a more formalised partnership between the client and the agency. The Technical Account Director (programmatic) would work with the existing agency team but would focus their time predominately working with the client teams.
A thorough and complete programmatic campaign schedule, including pixel installations, provision of creative, home page clarification, pacing and agreed reporting should form the basis of the Programmatic Lead / Technical Account Director (programmatic) relationship.
The Technical Account Director’s (programmatic) time would be spent working between both the client and agency offices providing a surgery / consultancy / campaign analysis service for each of the planned campaigns.
