Training Manager, Central London - £28k DOE plus benefits
We’re looking for an organised Training Manager to join one of the best known global communications business in the world. This role has a slight twist, - you’ll be working alongside a team managing highly confidential work for some very interesting clients.
This Training Manager will support a specialist division dedicated to harnessing the best of people, skills, creativity and technology - to tackle humanity’s most sensitive, complex and intractable problems. Huge issues like global poverty, gender inequality, health and nutrition, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), stigma and discrimination against minorities.

This Training Manager will sit at the heart of a specialised team who develop broad-reaching campaigns that address very real social problems in the UK and abroad (e.g. cyber-crime, child sexual exploitation, gangs).
This Training Manager will have responsibilities that include:
- Assisting the Training Director with the training of public and not-for-profit organisations
- Office administration
- Event organisation
- Booking travel
- Other ad-hoc duties
This Training Manager will be:
- Very organised
- Outgoing / confident
- Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office (Outlook, word-processing, power point and spreadsheets)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Culturally sensitive
