Business Director, Central London - Up to £80k DOE plus benefits
We’re working with one of Europe’s fastest growing marketing agencies who specialise in brand partnerships, loyalty and promotions. They need a strong Business Director to lead one of their most important accounts.
They challenge the way brands connect with each other and with people, creating rewarding partnerships which give their clients more reach, relevance and return on investment. They’ve developed a new approach to brand partnerships and loyalty and they’re leading the way.
Their rapidly expanding client list ranges from cutting edge blue chips, to global phenomena, as well as much-loved fashion and booze brands. A superstar Business Director is required to help to them charge this account forward in a game changing way. They already have partnership/sales people, they need a solid Business Director that can manage a client services team and lead senior client conversations and relationships.
We’re looking for a Business Director to join their growing team and help make partnerships a reality for an exciting, online fashion retailer.
This Business Director should have a head for strategy, creative ideas and disruptive marketing and be able to keep a team managing projects on track with ease. You’ll be able to grow relationships with senior level clients and internal teams as standard - Gravitas and the substance to back it up is mandatory.
As Business Director you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the client relationship, generating revenue, profitability of account and delivering on all aspects of partnerships strategies and projects.
You’ll be the kind of Business Director that has a background working for well-known agencies and on big named accounts, but you’re probably bored of the same-old-same-old and are looking for a new challenge, with a new way of working. You’ll be well versed in managing and encouraging your team to deliver brilliant work and be looking for a role where you can challenge the norm.
Creating lasting and effective client relationships will be key for this Business Director. You will oversee all financials for the account and be responsible for managing and mentoring junior and mid-weight team members. You 100% need the experience of working with strategists and be happy to do so.
