We’re looking for an ambitious Senior CRM Strategist to join their growing strategy team, to work on a leading retail account. They’re tasked with helping them get, grow and keep customers across stores, app and ecommerce, along with developing their future loyalty proposition.
This Senior CRM Strategist will be helping to understand audiences, create insight led customer propositions that pull people in, build welcome, cross-sell, conversion and retention strategies and launch new products into new markets.
This Senior CRM Strategist will need to distil the complex into the digestible, author compelling responses to brief, be able to confidently and clearly explain your recommendations and how your work will be measured.
This Senior CRM Strategist will have:
- 4 years engagement strategy experience (digital and CRM campaigns)
- Some media planning experience highly desirable
- A track record defining robust strategy from key insights
- Able to write inspirational creative briefs
- Lead on campaign performance and relevant strategic recommendations
- You’ll be able to own strategic conversations with clients and other agency partners
- You’ll be both strategic and creative in good measure
