Account Director (Experiential), Maidenhead (Hybrid working), Up to £65K

Are you an Account Director with a strong background in experiential, retail or integrated campaigns? Looking to step into a role where you can genuinely influence strategy, client growth and campaign delivery? This could be the one.

We’re working with an award-winning brand experience agency with a long-standing reputation for delivering impactful, insight-led campaigns across retail, experiential and influencer channels.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, leading campaigns end-to-end while driving commercial growth across key accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

-        Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, strategic relationships

-        Leading the development and delivery of integrated campaigns (sampling, experiential, retail activations)

-        Creating operational plans and coordinating internal teams across creative, production, finance and talent

-        Owning campaign performance, reporting and analysis

-        Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and drive additional revenue

-        Managing budgets, P&L and overall commercial performance

-        Supporting and leading on pitches and new business responses

-        Mentoring and developing Campaign Managers and junior team members




What they’re looking for


 

-        Proven experience as an Account Director (or strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up) within an experiential, retail or integrated agency

-        Strong background working with FMCG, retail, food, health & beauty or similar consumer brands

-        Excellent client management skills with the ability to operate at a senior, strategic level

-        Solid financial acumen (budget management, forecasting, P&L ownership)

-        Experience delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns involving production, logistics, staffing and events

-        Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams

-        Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
