Account Manager, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – up to £40K

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a well-established, full-service agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education and Financial Services.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Account Manager looking for more ownership and progression in a supportive, growing agency.

You’ll be leading day-to-day client relationships, delivering integrated campaigns, and working closely with internal teams across creative, media, strategy and performance.


What you’ll be doing


  • Owning day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact

  • Leading the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print and broadcast

  • Managing timelines, budgets and internal resource to ensure smooth delivery

  • Briefing and collaborating with creative, media and strategy teams

  • Leading client calls, presentations and reporting sessions

  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities

  • Supporting new business activity and contributing to pitches


What we’re looking for

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role

  • Strong client management skills with the confidence to lead conversations

  • Solid project management and organisational ability

  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented


Nice to have


  • Experience working with Financial Services or Higher Education clients

  • Exposure to media planning, performance or campaign optimisation

  • Marketing or business-related degree
