Account Manager, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – up to £40K
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a well-established, full-service agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education and Financial Services.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Account Manager looking for more ownership and progression in a supportive, growing agency.
You’ll be leading day-to-day client relationships, delivering integrated campaigns, and working closely with internal teams across creative, media, strategy and performance.
What you’ll be doing
Owning day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
Leading the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print and broadcast
Managing timelines, budgets and internal resource to ensure smooth delivery
Briefing and collaborating with creative, media and strategy teams
Leading client calls, presentations and reporting sessions
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
Supporting new business activity and contributing to pitches
What we’re looking for
2–4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role
Strong client management skills with the confidence to lead conversations
Solid project management and organisational ability
Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented
Nice to have
Experience working with Financial Services or Higher Education clients
Exposure to media planning, performance or campaign optimisation
Marketing or business-related degree
