This creative marketing agency is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their growing Dublin team, helping deliver experiential, retail and field marketing campaigns for a regulated consumer category.
This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody with around 2–3 years’ agency experience who loves people, enjoys fast-paced projects, and wants to build a long-term career within live brand experience.
You’ll work across retail, convenience and experiential campaigns, managing field teams and brand ambassadors while supporting the successful delivery of campaigns from briefing through to reporting and analysis.
This Account Manager role is highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with internal teams across strategy, staffing, production and reporting, while building strong relationships with clients and helping campaigns come to life on the ground.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the management of key client accounts
Managing and motivating field teams and brand ambassadors
Delivering retail and experiential marketing campaigns across Ireland
Coordinating POS and in-store activity
Supporting brainstorming sessions, presentations and client meetings
Monitoring campaign performance, reporting and KPIs
Helping maintain exceptional campaign quality and client satisfaction
Building strong relationships internally and externally
What they’re looking for:
Around 2–3 years’ agency experience
Somebody excited by live brand experience and experiential marketing
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset
Confidence managing people and multiple moving projects
Somebody who enjoys being out in the field as well as client-facing
Interest in creative, staffing, production and reporting
