Part-time Social Media Community Manager, Remote – Up to £30k dependent on experience
We’re looking for a Community Manager who is ready for a new challenge. This role will see you working part time (around 4.5 hours per day, 7 days per week) for some incredible brands, managing social media across a variety of platforms. You’ll be focused on providing first class customer service rather than creative, focusing fully on community management. Sound like your kind of ideal role?
The Community Manager they’re looking for will be someone ideally from an agency background, being able to manage working with different brands across a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Youtube. This Community Manager will pride themselves on customer service, creating meaningful and engaging responses to the public.
Joining them as Community Manager means you’ll play a vital role between the agency and client, working with them to understand their brand, tone of voice, strategy and more. You’ll be adaptable to different situations and have a solid understanding of how to delivery top community management for brands.
Here’s what you’d be working on as Community Manager:
Working across a range of social media channels
Understanding the brand, tone of voice and customer base
Liaising with different departments in the agency as well as clients
Developing reports / providing insight for internal teams, clients and partner agencies

Experience working in community management roles with similar agencies / environments
Part-time availability 7 days per week
