Senior Account Executive, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – £28–32K
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a well-established, full-service agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education.
This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who’s ready to step up, take on more ownership, and progress into an Account Manager role within the next 12–18 months.
You’ll be working across a mix of integrated campaigns, supporting on delivery, building client relationships, and getting exposure to strategy, media and creative.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients, building strong working relationships
Supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print and broadcast
Managing timelines, budgets and internal processes to keep projects on track
Working closely with creative, media, strategy and performance teams
Assisting with campaign reporting and performance analysis
Supporting new business pitches and proposals
Briefing creative teams and helping manage output quality
What we’re looking for
1–2+ years’ experience in an agency client services role
Strong organisation and project management skills
Confident communicator, both internally and with clients
Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets
Proactive, detail-focused and keen to learn
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience in Financial Services or Higher Education clients
Exposure to media planning / campaign optimisation
Marketing or business-related degree
