Account Director, Central London (hybrid) – Up to £65k dependent on experience
Are you an Account Director with solid CX / digital experience? Here’s a role with a leading creative studio producing some incredible work with fun clients. As Account Director, you’ll be joining the team to focus on delivering top class campaigns with some expertise in CX, emails and creative.
The Account Director who joins them will be welcomed by a friendly team who are great at what they do. You’ll work closely with clients to understand objectives and lead junior colleagues in delivering a range of interesting multi-channel campaigns.
Being an Account Director you’ll be someone with great interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with clients and internal departments alike. You’ll be able to work with creative teams to ensure you’re making the most from campaigns through testing strategies and much more.

Delivering a variety of campaigns covering CX, CRM, digital and data
Working alongside clients to understand objectives
Collaborating with various departments on multi-channel campaigns
Ensuring work is delivered on time and brief
Handling account finances and timelines
