Account Director (B2B/ABM Focus), Central London / Hybrid Working – £55-£60K dependent on experience

We’re looking for a B2B / ABM Account Director to join this thriving agency. They’re experts in B2B, digital, tech and ABM. As a senior leader in their Client Services team, you’ll be the driving force behind our most strategic client relationships, balancing commercial growth, operational excellence, and creative innovation.

This isn’t just about managing accounts; it’s about shaping the future of clients’ marketing strategies and mentoring the next generation of talent.

You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring flawless delivery while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships. With your deep expertise in B2B marketing and ABM, you’ll translate complex challenges into actionable, high-impact programs that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities for this Account Director:

- Lead pitches, contract negotiations, and quarterly business reviews, positioning the agency as an indispensable partner.
