Account Director, Chicago – Up to $120k dependent on experience

We’re looking for a talented Account Director to join this innovative agency, focusing on B2B and digital marketing campaigns with big name clients. The person who joins them will be responsible for managing the relationship between agency teams and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of a variety of campaigns.

While here you’ll be responsible for working alongside a range of teams such as strategy and planning, creative services and much more. You’ll deliver planning and strategy sessions, ensuring overall strategic direction for each client is agreed and understood, keeping work on brief. You’ll be an Account Director who is confident with clients, great with finances and forecasting, able to manage and mentor a team and juggle multiple accounts at one time. Here’s what you’ll be tasked with:

  • Ensuring clients are kept up to date with campaign progress

  • Working with internal teams to keep on top of campaigns

  • Supporting the development of and launching new localized assets

  • Working with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations and more

Below is what they’re looking for in this Account Director:

  • Over 2 years’ experience in enterprise B2B marketing space

  • Great with clients

  • Experience with localization

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
