This award-winning creative brand experience agency is looking for a talented Account Director to join their team. As Account Director, you will be generating revenue through experiential and smart mass sampling, and managing relationships with existing clients. You will be working as part of the Client Development team, responsible for delivering excellent customer forging strong, trusting relationships in order to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities of this Account Director:
Develop and manage a portfolio of existing client accounts whilst supporting senior members of the Client Development team to achieve joint goals.
Using a strategic account plan, identify new business opportunities to increase account spend and develop the client base.
Responsible for independently managing relationships with existing clients the ability to understand and deliver against their needs.
Deploy client - facing negotiation skills by offering additional services and increasing the value of the account.
Gain and develop insight into creative concepts and ideas within the industry, as well as digital and social campaigns and effectively communicate these to existing clients and potential clients.
Prepare solutions and proposals based on an understanding of the client's business, an analysis of their requirements, brand experience, market category and strategic direction.
Manage client objections and complaints, offering effective solutions.
Exceed agreed sales targets.
Requirements of this Account Director:
Experiential experience agency side in account management is essential.
Understanding of social & influencer landscape is useful and how this integrates into experiential campaigns.
A successful record of client development.
Able to create and maintain robust client relationships for the longer term.
Strong and open communication skills to deliver presentations.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages. Strong PPT skills are required
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task and juggle different priorities whilst retaining a cool head and an undeviating professional demeanour.
The ability to develop multiple clients at one time.
A history of achieving targets consistently
Experience of researching growth areas and trends to maximise our impact in the marketplace
Good track record of developing existing stakeholder relationships and identify new business opportunities
