​Accounts Senior - Guildford, Surrey (flexible Work from Home working) – up to £42k dependent on level

This family orientated practice are looking for an Accounts Senior for this thriving Guildford accountancy practice. This role has great working flexibility with two days a week in the office, and three days at home.

This Accounts Senior will work with a wide variety of clients in various sectors ranging from large technology companies involved in bioscience and games and apps, to sole traders involved in consultancy work and hospitality. Many clients are entrepreneurial companies requiring business advice on setting up in the UK.

The Accounts team, currently consisting of a Partner, Senior Manager and 2 Accounts Seniors, provide services for clients in Turkey, the USA, Europe and Australia as well as the UK.They are also expanding the team with entry level staff. This Accounts Senior reports to the Senior Accounts Manager.

The Accounts Senior will need:

• Education to degree level or equivalent

• ACCA/ACA qualified

• Minimum two years’ experience in an accountancy practice

• Good level of knowledge of accounting standards essential

• Experience of CCH Accounts Production, and Xero Software desirable

• Good IT knowledge and skills, particularly Excel
