Business Development Manager, London (Hybrid) – Up to £75k plus £45k bonus OTE

Are you a Business Development Manager looking to join a strong digital agency with an impressive client roster? This MarTech agency are bolstering their business development team, so you’ll be joining them on developing great relationships with new clients in tech and B2B. Sound like your kind of Business Development Manager role?

You’ll be responsible for driving new business and maximising business from existing clients too. The Business Development Manager who joins them will be someone who is great with clients and able to globally when needed. They’re looking for someone who is confident managing from start to finish using Salesforce to create a professional funnel management process. Are you the Business Development Manager they’re looking for?

They’re ideally looking for someone with a similar background in tech, selling to senior / CXO level, hosting and leading meetings to explain how your product suite can benefit them. Are you experienced in generating large volume of sales leads and experience in the digital marketing space? We want to hear from you as soon as possible.

Here’s what you’ll be working on as Business Development Manager:

·         Maximising opportunities from new and existing brands

·         Managing process from initial contact through to handing over to the sales support team for onboarding

·         Expand connections with assigned list of existing brands to reach all budget holders

·         Global travel when required

·         Using Salesforce to create a robust and professional funnel management process

·         Strong history of exceeding targets in MarTech roles

·         Evidence of exceeding annual target over £1m

·         Comfortable with hosting and leading meetings, demonstrating technology

·         Great with clients

·         Understanding of the digital marketing space
