Creative Director, London / Hybrid working – Up to £100k + £20K bonus

Are you an outstanding Creative Director, experienced within the world of UX and UI, looking for an exciting new role? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Joining a fast-growing agency, you’ll be working alongside some big name clients.

As Creative Director you’ll be leading their talented creative team of seven, including senior and mid-weight designers, and driving the design of innovative and engaging digital experiences that will elevate clients' brands and captivate their audiences.

This Creative Director will lead this amazing creative team and oversee the design of innovative and engaging digital experiences that enhance clients' brands and captivate their audiences. You will develop and implement creative strategies that meet clients' goals, while also pushing the boundaries of what is possible in digital design. You will have experience delivering outstanding creative work, experience with latest trends in digital design, and a collaborative approach to leadership.

This Creative Director will lead and inspire creative teams in the UK & USA to produce exceptional digital experiences.

This Creative Director will:

·         Partner with account leads and strategists to understand our clients' goals, target audiences, and brand identities, and translate those insights into effective creative strategies.

·         Conceptualise and implement inventive and compelling design concepts across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, email marketing and social media.

·         Ensure that all creative work meets the agency's standards of quality, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency, meeting our clients' requirements for functionality and performance.

·         Participate in client presentations and meetings to promote the agency's creative vision, respond to feedback and questions, and build trust and relationship with clients.

·         Collaborate with other departments, such as development, project management, QA, Sales & Marketing to ensure that creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality.

·         Balance the needs of different clients, teams, and multiple projects.

·         Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in digital design, UX & UI, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

·         Mentor and coach team members, provide feedback and guidance, identify areas for improvement, and help them grow professionally, while also empowering the senior members of the team to do so for their direct reports.

·         Contribute to the agency's culture of collaboration, and innovation, and help build the agency's reputation as a leader in digital customer experience design.


This Creative Director will also possess the following:


·         8 or more years of experience in digital design, UX & UI, within an agency environment or equivalent setting.

·         Experience conceptualising, designing, and delivering effective digital experiences across multiple platforms and channels.

·         Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team of digital designers and UX/UI experts to achieve outstanding results.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both internal and external teams.

·         Experience with digital marketing principles, trends, and best practices, and ability to apply them to achieve our clients' goals.

·         Proficiency in relevant digital design and prototyping tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use user experience insights and data to inform creative decisions and improve performance.

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
