Digital Marketing Account Strategist (MENA Focus), Up to £50K. Remote working anywhere. Dubai time zone - GMT+4.

This amazing digital agency is a forward-thinking business specialising in AI-driven solutions for clients across the Middle East and North Africa. We’re looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Account Strategist to lead high-impact campaigns and drive growth for a diverse portfolio of international brands.

You’ll need to be a confident communicator with sharp presentation skills and a knack for translating data into actionable insights.

You’ll be highly analytical. You’ll love digging into metrics (GA4, Looker Studio, DV360) to optimise performance. You’ll be commercially savvy, with experience managing demanding clients and balancing budgets against KPIs.


This Digital Marketing Account Strategist will be:

      A background in handling international clients is preferred but not essential


The key responsibilities of this
Digital Marketing Account Strategist are:

      To Ensure that all customer accounts managed by you have a commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client

      To work closely with the MENA MD when devising and managing advanced strategies for larger clients

      To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals

and objectives of each of your customers

      To manage budgets in line with the strategy and ensure that monthly spending is on target

      To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your customers and achieve increases across these campaigns in traffic and conversions

      To use a variety of 3rd Party tools (Looker Studio / DV360 / Analytics / Adobe) to compile and draw insights from, as well as being able to use

company / sector-specific data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour

      To produce and present reports for clients containing a description of performance activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics agreed with the customers

      To deliver other related solutions to the customer base such as landing pages / social /

      ecommerce / brand refresh / data led projects if they match the customers need

      To optimise client accounts for maximum performance using a variety of PPC practices

      To carry out regular maintenance for a number of assigned ongoing customer accounts, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of these campaigns

      To efficiently manage your workload and accurately record your time

      To freely share knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas

      To ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.

      Manage and train a team of Managers / Execs and ensure they too are always ahead and keeping up to date with changes in the industry

      Manage accounts plans and oversee execution across channels where you are the account lead

      To conduct and deliver audits for the new business team

Key competencies and experience of this Digital Marketing Account Strategist are:

      Highly numerate with business acumen (commercial thinking)

      Literate with the ability to produce good-quality written reports

      Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly and focus on the most relevant information for strategic development

      Thorough in depth knowledge of Google Analytics / Looker Studio and other major third-party analytics platforms

      Knowledge of major social media channels including Meta, TikTok and X

      Data management handling, strong proficiency in Excel

      Excellent attention to detail

      Teamwork - balancing personal goals with those of the team

      Excellent communication skills

      Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills

      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
