Freelance Creative Services Manager / Traffic Manager, Central London / Hybrid – Up to £350 outside of IR35
This Freelance Creative Services Manager / Traffic Manager will be a driven and highly organised individual, playing a key role across the agency to ensure the effective delivery of projects. They are responsible for creating efficient workflows into and out of the creative and studio departments, acting as the glue between client services, planning and creative.
Through organisation, collaboration and empowering teams and departments, they will build strong relationships across the agency and have a thorough understanding of the end-to-end creative process and the requirements of each client.
The blend of characteristics required for this role include being natural at building trust and rapport with others, having the skills to influence and implement change, being an excellent problem solver, and being organised to ensure projects run efficiently.
This Freelance Creative Services Manager / Traffic Manager will have:
- Solid agency track record (minimum 4 years’ experience) managing / leading a creative department, with exposure to brand, digital and integrated accounts and campaigns.
- Exceptional organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Have a strong understanding of how agencies work optimally.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to manage both up, down and horizontally across department structures
- Precise attention to detail and accountability
- Understanding of production processes and requirements
