Job levelling: reviewing/editing the Machine Learning generated content outputs across job levels within a job family
Job family creation: use the company platform and AI to consolidate job titles and build out job families
Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to provide feedback and improve talent ranking algorithms.
Requirements of this Job Ranking/Reward Specialist
Previous experience in HR or recruitment, with a focus on job level rankings.
Familiarity with talent assessment methodologies and ranking systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Tech-savvy and an interest in AI-powered tools and platforms would be preferable
