Group Account Director - B2B (Social/Content Focus) - Hybrid Working, London - Up to £75k (9 month contract, expected to be extended)

Responsibilities of this Group Account Director:

  • Lead client engagements, from conceptualization to delivery and performance evaluation, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social and content strategies tailored to B2B clients, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creatives, planners, and strategists, to translate client objectives into compelling campaigns and initiatives.

  • Provide mentorship and support to junior and senior colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their social media presence and achieve business objectives.


Requirements of this Group Account Director:

  • Proven track record in a senior account management or director role within a social and content agency, with a focus on B2B clients.

  • Extensive experience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and more, with a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and inspire others towards shared goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet/exceed client expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
