This agency are rapidly expanding in the EdTEch environment, and now want a Growth Marketing Manager. As a B2C Growth Marketing Manager you will be accountable for marketing strategies to drive high-quality results. You’ll be a performance marketing expert with a passion for a well-run marketing funnel, working closely with Content and Partnerships Managers to attract candidates to this revolutionary platform.

This Growth Marketing Manager’s key responsibilities are:

• Lead the UK growth strategy which includes planning, prioritising and executing against set acquisition KPIs and managing this tightly with partners

• Managing the insight needed to develop a cohesive growth strategy

• Manage execution where necessary

• Experience in managing budgets and channel mix across paid social and search (on hands campaign experience is preferred, or in-depth management of agency optimisation activity)

• Ability to lead on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (startup/tech experience preferred)

• Demonstrated history of working for consumer-facing brands with a proven track record in results (youth or diversity brand experience preferred)

• A data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen - comfortable with creating reports and data analysis

• Strong growth strategy background, understanding how to balance brand and acquisition
