Head of Sales, Wimbledon (hybrid) – Up to £150k + bonuses and benefits

If you’re an ambitious Head of Sales with great knowledge of CX, this could be the perfect role for you. They’re digital transformation experts and are looking for someone to join them to head up their sales, shaping and developing the team and future client portfolio. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you’ll have significant influence over how they generate and manage sales.

The Head of Sales who joins them will be supported by a sales-led marketing team to support with content, campaigns and events to maximise sales success. You’ll hit annual Customer Experience (CX) sales targets with a clear strategy, ensuring the team are generating enough leads. You’ll maximise productive relationships with SAP and other partners as well as developing and managing processes, systems and tools.

You’ll be from a similar CX background and a strong digital understanding having worked with SAP or Salesforce. As Head of Sales you’ll be confident selling business focused solutions based on end-customer needs, taking complex solutions and being able to explain them simply. For this role you’ll need strong negotiation skills for closing stages of deals and used to working with legal and other stakeholders.

·         Exceeding annual Customer Experience (CX) sales targets with a clear sales strategy

·         Managing a sales team, ensuring they are generating enough leads

·         Increasing conversion rates of lead-opportunity and opportunity-close

·         Developing and managing processes, systems, data and tools to ensure a strong sales function

·         Maximising productive and valuable relationships with SAP and other partners

·         Proven experience driving sales from initiation to close
