Paid Social Lead, London - Fully remote work available, Up to £80k Dependent on Experience.

We’re on the lookout for a Paid Social Lead, to join this brilliant, global data media agency. With a long list of well-known clients and standing at 1800 employees, this agency is growing fast and has some great projects in the line-up.

As Paid Social Lead, you’ll be taking on the role of Paid Social lead for designated clients/campaigns, and you’ll be responsible for delivering category-defining capabilities and services across all Biddable channels.

The successful Paid Social Leadwill be responsible for:

·         Responsible for effective oversight of designated account campaigns and weaving these into the overall cross-channel campaign strategy

·         Support the team Client Director & Media Activation Practice Lead in capacity planning & resource management for the team

·         Ensure adherence to all channel best practices for client within paid search, and contribute to the development of paid search best practice

·         Take ownership of your clients’ testing plans to organise both tactical, and mid- term campaign actions and goals, and manage the planning, execution & evaluation of tests

·         Develop strong relationships with your client, and key suppliers

·         Managing forecasting and launching new campaigns and initiatives

·         Keep abreast of large-scale developments across display, programmatic and paid social

·         Ownership of channel specialism forecasting, brand study and optimisation methodologies

·         Ownership of channel specialism test ideation in partnership with Analytics

·         Motivational Leader, leading by example while encouraging and coaching juniors on the team

As Paid Social Lead, you’ll also have:

·         5+ years’ experience within Paid Social

·         Experience with owning campaigns and weaving into overall campaign strategy

·         Experience within owning channel level forecast inputs for Media Planning

·         Excellent knowledge of media planning fundamentals e.g. reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc.

·         Ensures all proposed planning tactics ladder up to higher level strategic thinking

·         Proven experience at Activation Director level in a Digital Media or Advertising role

·         Proven Project Management, Leadership and People Management Experience
