Senior Account Director (Experiential), Maidenhead (Hybrid working), Up to £70K
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead high-profile FMCG and retail client relationships.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands live delivery, and is confident owning both client relationships and commercial performance. You’ll oversee complex experiential campaigns, lead and mentor senior teams, and play a key role in driving account growth and new business.
This Senior Account Director will:
- Lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic and delivery partner
- Own multiple experiential and integrated campaigns from brief to execution
- Oversee timelines, budgets, margins and campaign delivery quality
- Provide financial leadership across accounts, including forecasting and P&L oversight
- Lead, mentor and develop Account Directors and Campaign Managers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, production, logistics and staffing
- Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing clients
- Lead pitches, proposals and submissions
- This role requires regular travel during busy periods to attend events and oversee delivery.
What we’re looking for from this Senior Account Director:
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role within an experiential or brand experience agency
- Strong background working with FMCG, retail, food, or health & beauty brands
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and long-term client partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins and targets
- Confident leading teams in high-pressure, live delivery environments
- Detail-oriented, organised and calm under pressure
- Deep understanding of experiential and integrated campaign delivery
