Senior Account Manager, London. £45K

This creative agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager, well versed on delivering brand proposition, brand strategy, consumer insight, advertising, and brand transformation work, to be the lynchpin account management excellence – a pivotal role with lots of accountability and influence.

This Senior Account Manager will be commercially savvy, manage internal and external communications and strive to deliver the best possible work for clients. A true team-player, you set an example and lead from the front and ensure that you deliver best-in-class account management, day in, day out, and encourage, motivate, and cajole the planning & creative teams to get the job done.

Responsibilities of this Senior Account Manager:

  • Be the driver of client work, making yourself accessible to clients, and nurture relationships to push growth within each account.

  • Reporting to a Managing Partner, Senior Business Director, an Account Director, and working with two Senior Account Managers.

  • Be communicative and highly organised; a great team player, delivering client and agency excellence all the time, every time.

  • Immerse yourself in youth culture, constantly absorbing, dissecting and understanding trends and cultural moments.

Requirements of this Senior Account Manager:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a lead creative agency or ad agency environment, delivering brand proposition, brand strategy, consumer insight, advertising and brand marketing work.

  • You’re all about making your mark and have the confidence to be autonomous.

  • You have an understanding of, and interest in, delivering commercial value to your clients’ business excellence.

  • You’re a lateral thinker and problem-solver, excelling across multiple projects at the same time.

  • You have strong project management skills, scoping new projects and managing teams to deliver projects successfully.
