This digital innovation agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager, they have been established for 21 years and have a global footprint across 50 offices in 15 countries. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing long-term client relationships and liaising with cross-functional internal terms to ensure the commercial success and delivery of solutions according to clients’ needs.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Help deliver market leading experience for the customer journey across the different digital channels by working closely with the Strategy team
Implicitly understand the agency’s positioning, value proposition and service lines to effectively communicate recommendations, ideas and strategies that help clients deliver against their objectives
Influence business decisions and senior business leaders within the company using analysis, insight and strategy according to commercial goals
Monitor trends and technology advancements in the industry, and client industry verticals, seek advantages and points of difference in order to spot new business opportunities and effectively appraise creative output
Analysing, interpreting and presenting solutions in line with client KPIs and objectives.
Providing leadership, support, and mentoring to members of the team.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will bring:
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience essential).
Experience of helping create and deliver multi-channel strategies for clients that encompass always-on content and communications.
Experience and confidence in content strategy creation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and influencing skills. Experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
Clear passion for digital technology and the use of strategy to guide digital transformation.
Good understanding of customer journey optimisation across all digital channels
