Social Media Manager, Tunbridge Wells – Up to £28k
Are you a Social Media Manager looking to work alongside some big name brands at a fast-growing integrated agency? If you are, this is certainly the role for you! You’ll be joining a talented team, working alongside brands across multiple industries.
As Social Media Manager you’ll be leading content planning for clients as well as scheduling content, supporting influencer led campaigns and pulling together creative briefs.
This Social Media Manager will also be responsible for:
Manage the social media planning and implementation of organic, paid and influencer led content across a variety of different clients, covering FMCG, Tech and Drinks.
For some brands you’ll take on the community management, for others you’ll purely implement a campaign and for some you’ll take on the paid and organic content.
Working with our Directors you’ll set goals and KPI’s for all social work and measure ongoing activity.
Ensuring you are aware of the wider brand objectives the team are working to on behalf of clients.
Be the contact for social media clients, prepare update reports and analysis of campaigns. Brief your requirements directly into the creative team, preparing briefs and following internal sign off procedures.
Be a confident copywriter to help support our creative team in crafting posts, considering SEO tactics.
Lend a hand when we’re pitching to share your social knowledge as ideas develop.
Keep on top of and share social trends, emerging social platforms, and cultures with the rest of the team. Be happy to share your ideas.
Be commercially led and ambitious, we don’t want you to stand still for long.
As Social Media Manager you’ll also have:
· 2/3 years’ experience either in-house or agency side
· Experienced across Paid and Organic Social
· A creative mind-set
· Knowledge of a range of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
· Able to keep up with Social Media trends
· Experience in being the go-to contact for clients
· Strong communicative and writing skills
