Social Media Specialist, London/Hybrid – Up to £40k
This fast-growing creative agency is on the hunt for their next Social Media Specialist to join their already talented team! Working with some big-name clients, this is a not a role you want to miss out on.
This Social Media Specialist will be an expert in the technical aspects of social media platforms, including Facebook Ad Manager, community management, and other related tools. This individual will play a vital role in executing and optimizing clients' social media campaigns.
The responsibilities of this Social Media Specialist include:
· Implement and manage social media campaigns for clients, with a focus on technical execution and optimization.
· Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, primarily Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
· Utilize platform-specific tools, such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
· Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
· Manage community interactions for clients, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and fostering positive brand-consumer relationships.
· Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and technical best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and relevant.
· Collaborate with creative and content teams to support the development of engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
· Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
· Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth within clients' social media campaigns.
As Social Media Specialist you’ll also have the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on the technical aspects of major platforms.
· Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
· Solid understanding of community management principles and best practices.
· Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
· A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
