Stibo Developer, London (Hybrid Working) – Up to £100k dependent on experience

Are you a candidate with Stibo experience ready for a new challenge? This role will see you joining a growing team with some interesting projects in the works. As a Stibo Developer you’ll lead the development, configuration and continuous improvement of their Stibo STEP MDM solution, supporting existing interfaces and providing production support.

The Stibo Developer we’re looking for will be someone who is confident taking ownership on deliverables and able to support Business Analysts, Developers and Data Engineers. You’ll review work and establish best practises and frameworks, working with key business stakeholders to provide solution on existing and new architecture requirements.

We’re looking for a Stibo Developer with 4-6 years’ working in Stibo MDM development who is confident in solution architecture and data modelling. You’ll be responsible for writing, reviewing and approving technical specifications and responsible for leading the development, code migration and data load activities.

Here’s what you’ll be tasked with as Stibo Developer:

  • Lead the development/configuration/continuous improvement of Stibo STEP MDM solution

  • Support existing interfaces and provide production support on rotation basis

  • Taking ownership on deliverables and support other BA/Developers/Data Engineers

  • Review Developers/Data Engineers work and establish best practices and frameworks

  • Engage with key business stakeholders to review and provide the best solutions on existing or new architecture requirements.

Below is what they’re looking to see in this Stibo Developer:

  • 4 - 6 Years Technical/Functional Skills STIBO MDM Development Experience, Customer MDM preferred

  • Ability to configure/develop STEP Solution components such as business rules, Workflows, Import, Exports, Web UIs, Endpoints, etc.

  • Implementation of Stibo STEP best practices

  • Good technical knowledge on Informatica ETL and Autosys is an added advantage – nice to have. Desire to learn.

  • Lead analysis and design workshops – Ability to work independently to do analysis and design step data model components as needed.

  • Define detailed Stibo STEP MDM solution architecture and data models

  • Write, review, and approve technical specifications to ensure alignment with user requirements, overall company policy and architectural standards

  • Responsible for detailed design of Physical Model, Stibo configuration, Business Rules, Workflow, UI, Inbound and Outbound process

  • Experience in data modelling and data migration

  • Working experience in data profiling/data quality

  • Experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting

  • Work with various cross-functional teams and project team to ensure development effort is aligned with the project timelines and quality objectives

  • Supports Data Mapping phases with proper technical analysis

  • Integration with upstream and downstream applications through batch, real time and near real time interface

  • Own and lead the development, code migration and data load activities

  • Co-ordinate with product vendor (stibo support)to mitigate any product limitation – this includes following up on tickets with STIBO systems, providing required evidence and justification.

  • Liaise throughout project lifecycle with relevant project stakeholders to define final solution design before deployment

  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies

  • Ensure project Functional & Non-Functional requirements are met for respective track

  • Support Business Analyst in preparing any training manuals related to Stibo end user features, and in providing training to end users

  • Be aware of the program/project timelines and flag potentials risks and issues for timely action by the program/project management team

  • Co-ordinate with Testers and defect fixing. Design test scenarios as part of acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with build and release management teams in maintaining, migrating and validation code into various instances of the STEP application. Ability to create deployment artefacts and release instructions as needed.

  • Lead the development efforts and defect remediation during pre-production, production and post-production activities
