Studio Manager & PA (12 month maternity cover). Wandsworth, London. £30-50K.

This creative event and design studio are currently searching for a Studio Manager & PA to join the team on a 12 Month Maternity Contract. As the Studio Manager & PA, you will be the cornerstone for a growing team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy creative events studio and supporting the company founder across many day to day tasks.

The Studio Manager & PA position also is a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, personable, curious, and efficient person who is great at juggling, problem solving and thinking ahead. The role will develop as the business continues to grow, and this position will help target areas for improvement and implement the necessary steps and solutions to maintain effective systems and processes to achieve maximum team productivity, happiness and quality of work across the board.

The Studio Manager & PA will have the following responsibilities:

  • Day to day diary management of meetings and appointments - troubleshooting conflicts and clashes for maximum efficiency.

  • Admin support for the founder – for both business and personal life.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

  • Assisting with bookings and arrangements such as arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

  • Assisting with weekly social marketing tasks such as following new clients, messaging new followers,

  • LinkedIn post scheduling etc.

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and any other teammates.

  • Responding to enquiries and requests received and taking an active approach in finding an outcome to

  • queries

  • Responsible for building upon the existing culture of the agency.

  • Recruitment: posting adverts, managing the pipeline of candidates, booking in interviews and collecting references from

  • successful candidates.

  • Maintain HR records to ensure employees and company are following protocols.

  • Managing and reconciling the office costs budget which includes benefits, legal, finance, tech, insurance

  • etc.

Experience and Requirements of this Studio Manager & PA:

  • 5 years min experience working within a Studio Manager role or and PA or EA role.

  • Experience working with finances and managing a budget.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, hard working with attention to detail.

  • Friendly, confident and positive attitude is a must.

  • Brilliant at rallying a team and bring people together.

  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.

  • Caring attitude to staff supporting them with their needs in their busy and sometimes demanding roles.

  • Must have an interest in sustainability, materiality and look at experience production with a future focused and environmental lens.
