This growing digital performance agency is looking for an Account Strategist to take ownership of a portfolio of paid media accounts and help drive measurable growth across key digital channels.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance and client leadership. You’ll be trusted to shape media strategy, oversee campaign delivery and act as a true partner to clients.
As Account Strategist, you’ll lead the strategic direction of paid media activity across multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns are aligned to client objectives and delivering against performance targets.
You’ll work closely with internal performance, creative and analytics teams, while maintaining clear ownership of account strategy, budgets and client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
Developing and delivering growth strategies across paid digital channels
Overseeing end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns
Acting as the strategic lead and main point of contact for clients
Managing budgets, forecasting and account performance
Leading the day-to-day running of accounts alongside performance teams
Collaborating with creative and analytics teams to optimise results
Staying ahead of industry trends and applying new techniques where relevant
Supporting new business through channel audits and strategic recommendations
What we’re looking for
3+ years’ experience in paid media / PPC management
Strong hands-on experience across Google, Meta and TikTok
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident managing budgets and commercial conversations
Comfortable owning accounts and guiding internal teams
Collaborative, curious and commercially minded
