Business Analyst, Central London / Work from Home – Up to £55k dependent on experience

This is a thriving tech agency have an excellent client roster and a whole host of great projects / campaigns to get working on. This agency is doing brilliant things at the moment and are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

The Business Analyst will work as part of the Delivery team to gather requirements and create the associated Business Requirement Documentation for future Projects. This will include analysing and documenting the structure of the As Is state, to determine how it operates and the To Be requirements.

The Business Analyst role will identify gaps, document future requirements and then work with the technical consultant to provide potential solutions. The Business Analyst will work with the Project Manager to create a Statement of Work, ensure quality and accuracy of delivery via the test plan and to ensure the smooth handover of requirements to BAU teams.

The Business Analyst must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable running discovery workshops and have a can-do hard-working attitude. This is a fast-paced agency looking for someone that can think on their feet, is quick to pick up work/technology and drive it forward with energy and passion.

Being a Business Analyst is about analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, taking charge and reliability. This Business Analyst will identify gaps with existing Delivery process/processes and work with the Delivery Manager to improve them. They will look to raise the profile of BA’s in the organisation and grow a team of like-minded individuals.

This Business Analyst will:

- Lead / chair client and internal discovery workshops/meetings

- Provide detailed and timely updates to management/client on the outcome of discovery workshops

- Have 5 years relevant work experience in a Business Analyst role.


- Have professional experience; email marketing & e-commerce concepts

- Have exposure to Project Workflow tools such as Jira- Ensure all Business Requirement documentation is produced using the agreed PMO templates to the required standard and is signed off in accordance with PMO procedures
