The CRM Executive who joins them will be someone with a background in CRM, email and data, being able to get started on campaigns as soon as possible. You’ll be responsible for managing a range of CRM campaigns from campaign scoping through to deployment.
This CRM Executive role will involve working closely with data, carrying out customer segmentation and ensuring emails are personalised and relevant. You’ll be working with the CRM Manager and Head of CRM to implement and execute CRM strategies, focusing on engaging, converting and retaining cusomters.

Ensuring CRM campaigns are delivered smoothly
Working on data segmentation and post-campaign analysis
Collaboratively working with a variety of departments
Working closely with Head of CRM and the CRM Manager
