Customer Service Agent (one year contract) – Heathrow – Up to £26K

Are you looking for a role to at a fast growing courier service? If so, this role is for you! You’ll be joining one of London’s fastest growing air express courier services, working for clients across a range of industries.

As Customer Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for dealing and managing around 100 clients. You’ll take bookings via email, telephone and web bookings.

This Customer Service Agent must have experience in:

• Preparing specific company paperwork / IT input on all bookings and bespoke quotes.

• Monitoring new online booking requests (quality control) before the transport department distribute bookings to collection drivers.

• Liaising with network agents surrounding bespoke costing and maintaining business relationships with contact support.

• Supporting other customer service team members.

• Liaising with insurance brokers to confirm costings and job specifications.

• Creating and maintaining a happy working environment within the work place.

• Ensuring all ‘notes’, billing and information supporting the booking request is updated fully so the accounts department are able to bill each job correctly.

• Keep customers fully updated on specific important jobs. • Deal with International exports & imports, UK overnight & UK same day shipments, ‘special ‘timed’ deliveries and jobs with insurance requests.
