Senior Account Manager / Account Director (Media)

£40K–£55K+ depending on level
A growing full-service agency is looking for experienced Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to join its client services team and play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns across a diverse portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for ambitious Client Services professionals who want real ownership, strong client exposure and the chance to grow within a supportive, high-performing agency environment.
You’ll work across a mix of sectors including Higher Education, Financial Services and B2B, building long-term partnerships and delivering campaigns that drive measurable results.
Depending on level, you will:
- Lead day-to-day relationships across key client accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives and challenges
- Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across media, digital, creative and content
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, media, performance and production
- Present work, updates and campaign results to senior stakeholders
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business activity
Media & Performance
- Oversee the implementation of media campaigns across digital, print and broadcast channels
- Work closely with the performance team to ensure campaigns are optimised for effectiveness and ROI
- Analyse campaign results and translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Lead client reporting, presenting campaign results, trends and optimisation opportunities
Creative & Campaign Delivery
- Lead the briefing process for creative teams, ensuring work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Coordinate production and delivery of campaign assets across digital and print
- Collaborate with strategy teams to develop creative approaches that resonate with target audiences
At Account Director level, you’ll also:
- Own key client relationships and revenue streams
- Provide strategic direction and commercial leadership across accounts
- Lead pitches, proposals and account growth planning
- Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior team members while promoting best practice across the team
About You
- Agency experience in client services within a media, advertising or integrated agency
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience delivering multi-channel media and marketing campaigns
- Understanding of media implementation, optimisation, analysis and reporting
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and campaign performance
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Confident presenting work and insights to senior stakeholders
