Senior Account Manager / Account Director (Media)

£40K–£55K+ depending on level
A growing full-service agency is looking for experienced Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to join its client services team and play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns across a diverse portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for ambitious Client Services professionals who want real ownership, strong client exposure and the chance to grow within a supportive, high-performing agency environment.
You’ll work across a mix of sectors including Higher Education, Financial Services and B2B, building long-term partnerships and delivering campaigns that drive measurable results.
The Role
Depending on level, you will:
- Lead day-to-day relationships across key client accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives and challenges
- Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, media, creative and content
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, media and performance
- Present work, updates and campaign results to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business activity
At Account Director level, you’ll also:
- Own key client relationships and revenue streams
- Provide strategic direction and commercial leadership across accounts
- Lead pitches and growth planning
- Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
- Agency experience in client services (media)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
