Digital Account Manager - £44.5K – Tech client – London / Fully Remote
This global data and measurement-driven full service agency, are looking for an Account Manager to join their client servicing team.
The Client Services team is responsible for creating the conditions by which the clients love the work. They do this by building trust and exerting influence through deeper, more strategic relationships with clients, and by leading operational and financial deliverables across all aspects of client’s business.
This role gives you the opportunity to work alongside a whole spectrum of digital media departments, you will work hand in hand with strategy, media planning, analytics and activation teams and will be in constant communication with clients.
This Digital Account Manager’s responsibilities are:
Developing strong day to day client relationships
Establishing Account Management processes and best practice principles that ensure efficient delivery of client objectives
Managing account teams to effectively respond to clients’ needs
Be in constant communication with clients, building trusted partner status and making a vital contribution to the overall success of the client-agency relationship.
Helping clients to drive their business and digital transformation initiatives, as well as media excellence.
This Digital Account Manager’s requirements are:
2+ years experience within digital media and already gained experience working within a media agency/ client direct.
Client management experience, working as a senior exec within a media agency/ client direct.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to build and manage internal stakeholder/client relationships.
Have proven organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive and hands-on approach to delivering projects.
