This Digital Account Manager will be someone who is from a strong digital background, having spent time on a range of campaigns covering CRM, email and data.

Here are your responsibilities as a Digital Account Manager:
· Keeping clients up-to-date with campaign progress
· Working alongside various departments to put campaigns together
· Ensuring campaigns stay on-brief
· Overseeing creative
· Analysing campaign results and handling optimisation
Here’s what is expected of this Digital Account Manager:
· Great interpersonal skills
· Experience on CRM, data and email campaigns
· Strong attention to detail
· Client-servicing / agency experience preferable
