They’re looking for an E-Commerce Media Account Manager (Retail) to join their Media Activation team working on a world-leading cosmetics brand. This team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for AV, Search, Social, Programmatic and Display and owning supplier relationships, and then executing those recommendations expertly. The Media Activation team leverages their mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity are maximised.

This E-Commerce Media Account Manager (Retail) is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of onsite retailer activity, employing strong platform knowledge & supplier relationships to deliver flawless testing, optimisation, analysis and insights. They will lead the team in performance and strategic implementation across online retailers and their retail media campaigns. The role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to become one of the agency’s champions for retail media, showcasing the excellent work they do in this field and educating the wider team.

The responsibilities of this E-Commerce Media Account Manager (Retail) are:

  • Creating a roadmap for the growth of retail media for the brand. Really driving the conversation forward and ensuring they’re investing with the right retailers

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of wider client or team deliverables (such as commentary, reporting, and innovation) and guide more junior team members in how this can be effectively achieved

  • Seek out opportunities for testing and take ownership of these testing plans to organise both tactical, and mid-term campaign actions and goals, and manage the planning, execution & evaluation of tests with methodical accuracy (e.g introducing the use of Skai across retail media)

  • Be seen as the expert when it comes to retail media and be able to communicate with clients clearly and confidently, providing them with useful insight, with support being provided as required

  • Lead the conversation with the Criteo and Citrus account managers, leveraging their expertise and knowledge to support the account growth and success

  • Take responsibility for the data integrity & compliance of your account, including working across different functions to troubleshoot data issues

The requirements for this E-Commerce Media Account Manager (Retail) role are:

  • Experience using retail media platforms including Criteo and Citrus

  • Proven experience activating campaigns across retail media networks

  • Experience with planning and running larger-scale search campaigns, ideally across multiple products or a portfolio with multiple brands

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms

  • Expert organisational skills, great attention to detail

  • Ability to implement and meet deadlines and project manage multiple campaigns

  • Excellent client relationship and management skills

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions

  • Ability to lead and motivate team members in a positive light

  • Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills
