Email Campaign Manager, San Francisco / West Coast (remote) – Up to $100k dependent on experience
We’re looking for a strong Email Campaign Manager to join a growing digital agency with a huge client to work with. You’ll be working with innovative technology to deploy targeted emails which produce real results. As Email Campaign Manager you’ll be someone with a strong understanding of email marketing campaigns, from briefing through to analysis and optimisation.
The Email Campaign Manager who joins them will be responsible for delivering ongoing mid lifecycle email campaigns through on-boarding, retention and nurture customer journeys. You’ll own project management, process creation, progress reports and more, acting as a liaison between marketing and success teams.
Being an Email Campaign Manager means you’ll be well versed with data, handling segmentation and ensuring that emails are personal and targeted using platforms such as Hubspot and Mailchimp. Are you the Email Campaign Manager we’re looking for?
Here’s what you’ll be tasked with:
· Ensuring emails are delivered on time and brief
· Working through customer journeys to improve processes
· Ensure emails are entered correctly to platforms and effective QA has been carried out before deployment
· Working with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations and more
Below is what they’re looking for in this Email Campaign Manager:
· Over 2 years’ experience in email marketing
· Great with clients
· Experience using ESPs such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
