Implementation Manager. £50-65k. UK Remote Working

Through innovative technology, they enable global companies to hire, retain and grow an inclusive and diverse workforce. They’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join them. As Implementation Manager you will ensure the successful end-to-end implementation and readiness of the platform for customers. Collaborating with sales, customers and technical teams you will project manage multiple concurrent implementations: gathering requirements; managing the platform set up, technical configuration, data processing, integration, training and user support.
The responsibilities of this Implementation Manager are:
End-to-end implementation and readiness of the platform for customers
Collaboration with multiple teams to achieve implementation
Delivering customer education and training sessions, platform demos and showcasing new product features
Providing real-time, 1st-line support to customers to ensure issues are responded to, recorded and resolved swiftly
Identifying, developing and maintaining in-product training and knowledge-base content for an enhanced user experience
Creating and maintaining training materials, providing support to customer teams to customize content
This Implementation Manager will have:
Experience of project managing the implementation of B2B SaaS products to global enterprise customers
Experience in a start up or in the area of HR tech
Possess excellent data skills and a love of working with data
Demonstrating ability to quickly learn new technologies and improve how things work
Be extremely organised and process driven with well-honed project management skills and a high attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Be able to flex and adapt in a fast-moving environment with rapidly changing priorities
