Performance Marketing Manager, remote working – Up to £50k doe
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Paid Media team for a growing and fast-paced agency. You will be responsible for the strategies, planning, and implementation of all Paid Media channels in the agency; paid search (PPC), paid social, programmatic display, and affiliates.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure strong paid media plans are developed as part of a broader media plan. Having a clear understanding of the digital ecosystem that clients operate within and how customer data can be leveraged to connect audiences with client’s key objectives whilst maintaining ROI.
The responsibilities of this Performance Marketing Manager include:
Creating and executing cutting edge performance marketing media plans
Leading the paid media strategy (PPC, paid social, programmatic display, affiliates), working to a clear set of defined KPIs
Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return (CPA/ CPL)
Manage day-to-day paid media activity and overseeing the performance of accounts with your team - campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy and daily optimisations
On-going campaign performance reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting key stakeholders with integrated research and planning
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed KPIs
Develop and refine processes within the paid media team, ensuring these are robust and integrate media channel across the agency for a full holistic approach.
Delivering paid media strategies and presentations when needed, to clients or internal stakeholders
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll also have the following:
3+ years’ experience in a similar paid media role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
Experience in all aspects of paid media platforms including, Google Ads, MS Ads, Programmatic Display, Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Twitter), Amazon and affiliates networks
Google Ads qualified
Strong understanding of measurement tools and methodology across digital channels
Understanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial
Excellent reporting skills with an inquisitive and proactive approach
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics and consumer behaviour trends in order to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Commercial awareness to drive the business and client objectives forward
