Programmatic Planning Manager, Hybrid working – Up to £50K DOE plus benefits

This award-winning agency are looking for a Programmatic Planning Manager who will be based in an energetic and growing team benefiting from flexi working in their vibrant new offices, with monthly socials and the senior team supporting your personal development.

This is an exciting opportunity with the chance to lead the programmatic planning department (and grow your team in line with the company’s growth). The programmatic planning manager will work on a variety of clients from sectors including retail, finance, travel and FMCG. You will be supporting our tier 1 clients as well as being an integral part of our new business pitches. You will have a good understanding of DSPs, Adservers and reporting tools.

This Programmatic Planning Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

§  Interrogating client briefs and utilising planning tools to help deliver plans that will attain client KPIs

§  Developing strong client relationships with all relevant stakeholders on your accounts, leading calls and meetings where required and supporting the client services team

§  Assist the team in developing new products and services – this could range from identifying a new planning tool to recommending a new form of media that we want to add to our offering

§  Enhancing performance reports and PCAs with expert knowledge and recommendations

§  A keen eye for detail with all outputs being accurate and on time



This Planning Manager will have the below relevant industry experience:

§  A passion for digital marketing

§  Minimum 3 years’ experience in programmatic trading, planning or account management

§  Strong analytical skills

§  Good communication skills with the ability to assist in new business activity

§  Understanding of various programmatic platforms, ideally Doubleclick, Amazon, TradeDesk and Xandr

§  You will have used DV360 audience reports for planning purposes and analysing similar audiences based on pixel data

§  Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

§  2:1 or above is preferred at undergraduate level, a masters is preferred but not a pre-requisite
