Revenue Operations & Growth Consultant (Contract), London – Hybrid Working. Up to £500 per day.

This London based technology company’s cutting-edge solutions are implemented in high-profile environments worldwide, from international stadiums to next-generation smart city projects. As they enter this pivotal scaling phase, they are seeking an expert consultant to optimise their commercial engine.

They’re looking for a seasoned Revenue Operations & Growth Consultant for focused, high-impact projects. The core objective is to conduct an intensive review and optimisation of their sales processes to significantly increase conversion rates. This Revenue Operations & Growth Consultant will work directly with the company's leadership team to refine their commercial strategy and execution.

ThisRevenue Operations & Growth Consultant will be responsible for the following critical outputs:

·       Conversion Rate Optimisation: Analyse and provide strategic recommendations to enhance website call-to-actions (CTAs) and conversion pathways.

·       Sales Automation: Build, refine, and implement sophisticated sales automation workflows within the company's central HubSpot platform.

·       Lead Management Framework: Design and establish a new, robust lead scoring and qualification system to improve sales efficiency.

·       Nurture Strategy: Develop insightful, automated email communication journeys based on feedback from the sales team.

·       Performance Management: Deliver clear, comprehensive dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into sales funnel health and key performance metrics.



ThisRevenue Operations & Growth Consultant will be:

·       A proven expert in B2B revenue operations, with a demonstrable track record of helping technology companies streamline sales funnels, accelerate deal cycles, and increase win rates.

·       A strategic advisor capable of partnering with and influencing senior leadership, not just executing tasks.

·       Essential proficiency in the HubSpot platform, with deep hands-on experience in its sales and marketing automation modules.

·       The ability to attend occasional face-to-face meetings in London is highly desirable.
