This award-winning creative brand experience agency are looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Senior Account Manager with a passion for experiential marketing, social-first storytelling, and retail innovation.
This Senior Account Manager will support the strategic development and execution of immersive brand experiences. From high-impact in-store activations to disruptive experiential campaigns and omnichannel shopper journeys amplified through social media, this Senior Account Manager will bring brands to life where it matters most: in the hands, hearts, and social feeds of consumers.
Responsibilities of this Senior Account Manager:
Support the account commercials and client relationships, with a strong emphasis on Experiential marketing with social media amplification.
Support and lead the end-to-end communication of the experiential activations & retail campaigns across core clients.
Translate brand objectives into memorable, measurable experiences that drive footfall, social engagement, and conversion leveraging influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and platform-native storytelling.
Champion innovation in shopper marketing, integrating physical and digital touchpoints to create seamless omnichannel journeys.
Work closely with internal creative, production, and digital teams to develop bold, insight-led concepts that push boundaries, deliver results, and are optimized for social sharing and digital engagement.
Requirements of this Senior Account Manager:
Experience-First Thinking: You believe in the power of live brand experiences to drive emotional connection and commercial impact.
Retail-Savvy: You understand the nuances of the retail environment and how to activate brands instore and beyond.
Proven experience in experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or retail brand activation agency or client-side.
Deep understanding of the FMCG and health & beauty retail landscapes. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client accounts and delivering ROI.
Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns involving design, production, logistics, print, staffing and events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to role model excellent client report writing skills or campaign briefs and give guidance to team members in doing the same.
