Senior Marketing Operations Consultant – Funnel & Lead Management

Remote (UK) | Up to £65K

This specialist B2B marketing and revenue consultancy helps organisations improve pipeline performance through better funnel visibility, lead management and operational rigour.

They’re looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant with strong hands-on experience in funnel reporting and lead lifecycle management to join their RevOps team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the detail - analysing funnel performance, identifying where leads are slowing or dropping out, and improving the processes, data and reporting that drive better conversion and revenue outcomes.

The role

You’ll work with B2B clients to:

- Analyse end-to-end funnel performance (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue)
- Identify conversion issues, stage velocity problems and data gaps
- Design and optimise lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing and SLAs
- Build and refine funnel and pipeline reporting dashboards
- Improve data quality, attribution and reporting accuracy
- Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Translate performance data into clear, practical recommendations for Marketing and Sales teams
- This is a hands-on delivery role, working closely with senior stakeholders but with a strong focus on operational depth rather than high-level strategy.


What we’re looking for

- 4–7 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps or CRM management
- Proven experience owning or managing lead lifecycle, scoring and routing
- Strong experience building funnel / pipeline reporting linked to revenue
- Comfortable analysing conversion rates, stage velocity and funnel performance
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar
- Experience in B2B environments with longer or more complex sales cycles
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining performance insights


Nice to have


- Experience working across multiple business units or clients
- Exposure to ABM / ABX environments
- Consultancy or agency experience
