Senior Account Manager, Central London (hybrid) – Up to £45k dependent on experience
We’re looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join a busy integrated agency with some incredible clients on board. They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with some great knowledge in integrated / TTL campaigns, being able to tie together multi-channel campaigns with great results. As Senior Account Manager you’ll be tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of a variety of campaigns covering loyalty strategy deliverables across broadcast, radio, print, digital, email, social, events and much more. Working alongside creative and other teams you’ll oversee campaigns end-to-end ensuring they meet client briefs and expectations.
Being a Senior Account Manager you’ll be great with clients and able to manage campaigns simultaneously across a variety of channels. You’ll have a good understanding of and experience in CRM / loyalty strategy as part of a wider mix, being able to utilise data for targeted, relevant campaigns.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as Senior Account Manager:
Overseeing campaign development from brief to delivery and reporting
Liaising with clients on objectives and briefs
Working alongside creative, planning and other departments
Managing account finances and forecasting

Great client servicing experience
Experience working with financial services clients beneficial.
