Senior Marketing Operations Consultant (Marketo) – up to £80K / Remote (UK)
This leading, global marketing agency is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Operations Consultant to join its specialist MarTech / RevTech team. This agency partners with some of the world's most renowned B2B technology brands to deliver large-scale Account-Based Marketing and market transformation programmes.
This role is for a strategic technologist who understands that MarTech is not just ‘plumbing’ but the engine for revenue growth. We need a consultant who can diagnose problems, design solutions, and use technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
This Senior Marketing Operations Consultant will be a key player on the most strategic accounts. Your time will be split between deep technical work on the platforms and high-value client consultation, acting as the bridge between technology, strategy, and execution.
What this Senior Marketing Operations Consultant will do:
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, diagnosing complex revenue operations challenges and designing solutions that align with their core business objectives.
- Lead the analysis and optimisation of end-to-end lead management processes to dramatically improve conversion rates, streamline workflows, and enhance sales performance.
- Design and implement sophisticated reporting frameworks to provide clarity across the sales and marketing funnel, identifying key opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and integration of key marketing and sales technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools).
- Provide expert guidance in developing and executing Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies that unify marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive acquisition and retention.
- Spearhead initiatives to refine and automate internal processes, ensuring marketing and sales operations are scalable and efficient.
- Deliver senior-level strategic recommendations on revenue operations, focusing on process enhancement, data integrity, and technology adoption to fuel growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and share best practices across the entire customer lifecycle.
This Senior Marketing Operations Consultant will have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar strategic role, with a proven track record of improving marketing and sales processes.
- Demonstrable experience consulting for senior stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise organisations, with the ability to translate business pain points into effective, scalable solutions.
- Expertise in end-to-end marketing and sales operations, including lead generation, funnel optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with sales and marketing technology stacks, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRM and automation platforms.
- Experience with ABX strategy and technologies (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) or similar account-based approaches that require deep sales and marketing alignment.
- An expert-level understanding of revenue metrics, forecasting, and data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- A proven background in process design, improvement, and automation across integrated platforms.
- The strategic acumen to identify new growth opportunities and potential offerings for the business.
