Senior Marketing Operations Consultant (Marketo) – up to £80K / Remote (UK)
This leading, global marketing agency is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Operations Consultant to join its specialist MarTech / RevTech team. This agency partners with some of the world's most renowned B2B technology brands to deliver large-scale Account-Based Marketing and market transformation programmes.
This role is for a strategic technologist who understands that MarTech is not just ‘plumbing’ but the engine for revenue growth. We need a consultant who can diagnose problems, design solutions, and use technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
This Senior Marketing Operations Consultant will be a key player on the most strategic accounts. Your time will be split between deep technical work on the platforms and high-value client consultation, acting as the bridge between technology, strategy, and execution.
Here’s the key responsibilities for this Senior Marketing Operations Consultant:
· Be a Strategic Consultant: Go beyond the platform. Work with clients to identify breakpoints in the marketing and sales funnel and determine what technology and processes can solve them.
· Drive Revenue Outcomes: Your work is not just about building emails and programs; it's focused on enabling ABX (Account-Based Everything), generating New Qualified Accounts (NQAs), and executing buying group strategies to win key accounts.
· Architect Solutions: Talk to clients and come up with the solution. Design how Lead Data flows between systems like Marketo and Salesforce to create a seamless, insightful revenue engine.
· Hands-On Platform Excellence: Provide expert, hands-on support and management for Marketo and the wider tech stack, ensuring we utilise best practices and unlock the platform's full potential for our clients.
· Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project delivery, working with internal specialists to ensure projects that support ABM tactics and channels are completed on time and within budget.
· Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong partner relationships, understanding their business pain points and providing guidance and ideas to help them answer: "How do we win these accounts?"
Here’s what this Senior Marketing Operations Consultant will have:
· A Consultant First: You are good with clients and enjoy the puzzle of diagnosing a problem and architecting a solution as much as building it.
· A Technical Expert: hands-on experience administering Marketo is essential. You also have a working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with integrated martech stacks.
· Outcome-Oriented: You understand that the goal is not just a technically perfect setup, but one that generates demand, identifies buying groups, and wins accounts.
· Strategic Thinker: You have a deep understanding of the entire funnel, from initial engagement to closed deal, and how technology underpins a successful ABX strategy.
· Split Focus: You are happy with a role that is roughly one-third hands-on platform work and two-thirds client consultation and strategic project work.
