Service Delivery Manager, UK Remote. £60K

This AI-powered management solution is an award-winning start-up transforming the world of work. They’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who wants to work in an inclusive, collaborative, team-first culture - helping customers solve some of their biggest workforce challenges.

The Service Delivery Manager owns all non-technical aspects of implementations. They will own timelines and resources for project management, content editing, and content optimization. They will monitor and deliver feedback on machine learning and content engine improvements. They will work closely with Account Leads, Technical Implementation and Training Managers. This is a critical role that will ensure client projects are delivered on time with quality results, ultimately resulting in system adoption and renewals

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing projects, planning, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery. Your role includes documenting customer needs, managing resources, assessing changes and providing excellent service. Also managing content editing resources and timelines.

  • Creating and maintaining a performance dashboard, overseeing resource capacity vs. demand, managing cost vs. margin model, and continuous improvement to all processes.

  • Collaborating with the ML team to enhance Open AI solutions. Perform quality assurance to ensure optimal performance. Gather app requirements by liaising with the Product Team. Ensuring that all content types (recommended, external, and crowdsourced) are of high quality before being presented to customers.

Requirements of Service Delivery Manager
