Technical Delivery Lead, Central London – Up to £70k dependent on experience
We’re looking for a strong Technical Delivery Lead to join a growing digital consultancy with some great projects to get working on. As Technical Delivery Lead you will oversee the delivery of marketing technology implementation projects supported by a team of developers and tech leads.
The projects you’ll be working on will be implemented in a variety of tools, including Adobe, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Tealium, Segment and more. Projects will vary in size and scale, from small change requests up to major multi-territory implementations. As Technical Delivery Lead you will be responsible for ensuring ongoing platform performance for clients.
This Technical Delivery Lead will ultimately own the solution being delivered to the client from requirements capture through to delivery and ongoing support, and you will ensure the solution ultimately meets the client’s business requirements and is delivered to time and budget.
Very much a client facing role, you will be comfortable interacting with a client’s technical and marketing teams as well as their project managers. You will be confident and adept at handling difficult situations and working closely and collaboratively with the client to resolve challenges.
Here's what they’re looking to see in this Technical Delivery Lead:
Experience in a similar agency, consulting or technology organisation
Deep understanding of at least two MarTech technologies, one being a campaign management / customer engagement / marketing automation tool
Track record delivering complex martech solutions
Exposure to customer data platforms
Experienced managing a delivery team
